Data Deletion Instructions

Protecting your privacy is our priority. This page explains exactly how you can permanently delete your personal data, business data, and Meta/WhatsApp integration data from Clasendra.

Option A: Self-Service (For Gym Owners)

If you are a gym owner using Clasendra, you can completely delete your tenant account directly from the admin panel. Doing so will permanently wipe your business profile, dashboard configurations, and all associated active member data.

How to securely delete your account:

    Log into the Clasendra Admin Panel.

    Navigate to Settings in the main menu.

  3. 3

    Click on the Account tab.

  4. 4

    Scroll down and select Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your password to execute the deletion.

Option B: For Gym Members

Because Clasendra provides software to gyms, your individual gym acts as the primary data controller for your personal information (name, phone number, attendance, and payment history). To request direct data deletion, we recommend contacting your gym directly. If your gym is unresponsive or you prefer to escalate the request, you may submit a manual request to us using the process below.

If you cannot access your account or are an end-member unable to reach your gym, you can request manual data deletion directly through our support team. Please ensure your request includes the phone number and email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

What Gets Deleted vs. Retained?

Upon successful processing of your deletion request:

  • Deleted: Personal identifiers (name, un-hashed emails), passwords, profile photos, contact lists, custom dashboard layouts, and Meta/WhatsApp integration tokens.
  • Retained: Fully anonymized transaction and invoice records. Under Indian law and corresponding international financial standards, basic transaction logs must be securely retained for tax and legal compliance. These records are irreversibly anonymized and cannot be traced back to your individual profile.

WhatsApp / Meta Messaging Opt-Out

If your primary objective is simply to stop receiving WhatsApp messages or reminders via our Meta Cloud API integration, you do not necessarily need to delete your entire account. You can instantly revoke our messaging permissions by replying "STOP" directly to any WhatsApp message you receive from Clasendra. This completely halts all future automated communication without destroying your core tenant data.
